Dear Homeowner,

This is a friendly reminder that the Eagles Nest Homeowners Association dues for 2023 are $150.00 and will be due by January 15, 2023. Please make your checks payable to the Eagles Nest Phase III Homeowners Association and use the address listed above.

Please remember, as required in the HOA documents, To contact the architectural committee for procedures for the architectural committee approval prior to beginning any project. This can be done via the web page or by contacting the office.

The new board has been busy this past year working on ways of improving communications with the community by creating the Eagles Nest Web page along with the Eagles nest email address where a community member can ask questions or post concerns directly to the board.

With the new signs in place, the board is working on some new landscaping to go with them which should help clean up and beautify our entrance way. Once the landscaping is complete, we will update the homepage of our website. The board is also working on some plans for the coming year which include a neighborhood block party with food trucks, bouncy houses, music and more so stay turned…

The HOA documents are available on the Johnston Register of Deeds website BOOK 5136 pages 174-197 and Book 5036 pages 924-929.
