Project type & detailed description

Building plans/drawings
-
A copy of your Land Survey with the change drawn in where appropriate.

Once you have submitted your project information the architectural committee will be notified for review & approval.

Eagles Nest Phase I & II
Phase I & II are not a part of our Homeowners' Association and are therefore exempt from our covenants. They do have covenants that they're legally bound to follow but they don't have an HOA to enforce them.
